During your 30-minute consultation, we’ll get to know your home and your priorities. This is the perfect time to:

  • Identify items that may need special care or handling
  • Go over your preferred unpacking, organisation, or styling approach
  • Answer any questions you may have about the process
     

This ensures we fully understand your needs and can plan your visit efficiently.


Step 3: Finalised Quote & Planning

After the consultation, we provide a customised quote based on your home, services, and priorities. We’ll also schedule a check-in to:

  • Confirm which areas are most urgent
  • Discuss any special requirements or unique items
  • Make sure all your expectations are clear
     

Secure your service with a small deposit to reserve your date, then pay the remainder before your move. Flexible payment options are also available for peace of mind.
 

Step 4: Move-In Day

Your chosen removal company or movers bring all your belongings into your new home. This ensures everything is safely transported and ready for our team to start organising the following day.


Step 5: Preparation for Our Visit

To make our session smooth and efficient, we provide a pre-arrival checklist:

  • Furniture is assembled and positioned roughly in the intended rooms
  • Boxes are clearly labelled and placed in the correct rooms
  • Valuables are kept in a secure, sealed box that stays closed during our visit
  • Any special items or instructions are clearly noted
     

This preparation allows us to focus immediately on unpacking, organising, and styling your home.


Step 6: Professional Unpacking & Home Organisation

When our team arrives (usually the week after your move-in), we:

  • Unpack and organise according to your priorities
  • Optimise storage and layout for each space
  • Restyle and set up areas for immediate use
  • Remove packaging and leave your home tidy
     

We take care of the heavy lifting, so you can relax and enjoy your home fully.


Step 7: Follow-Up & Support

After your home is organised, we check in to make sure everything is exactly as you want it. If you need additional support, seasonal refreshes, or ongoing organisation, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
